2017 Wyoming Child Welfare Law Update:  Wyoming Supreme Court decisions.

Jill E. Kucera, J.D., Senior Assistant Attorney General, Wyoming Attorney General's Office and Dan Wilde, Deputy Director, Wyoming Guardian ad Litem Division, will provide a review of 2017 Wyoming Supreme Court decisions related to child welfare law.  The presentation will focus on twelve (12) Wyoming Supreme Court decisions released in 2017 addressing consent decrees, procedural issues, children in court, the role of the GAL, disclosure of certain records, control and custody of children involved in juvenile court proceedings, confidentiality and delays affecting permanency.
