Education Provisions in Fostering Connections - A Tool to Achieve Education Stability and Success

Presented By Kathleen McNaught, JD, Assistant Director, ABA Center on Children and the Law. The learning objectives are: 1) To increase awareness about school stability and continuity issues that affect children in foster care, (2) To understand the federal law and policy in place to support great education stability for children in care, and (3) To learn practical advocacy tips on how to address school stability issues both in court proceedings as well as school based advocacy.
