The learning objectives are: 1) Participants will learn why it is urgent to work towards permanency with older youth in foster care, 2) Participants will learn the strategies in finding families for older youth in foster care, 3) Participants will learn how to train and support families interested in adopting older youth, and 4) Participants will learn how to work with older youth in finding permanent families for them.
