Child Care Business Owners and Directors, I would like to inrtoduce you to Dot Meagher.  She will be revealing the one thing that is essential to creating a successful child care program.  Without this one thing, all of your other efforts to grow your program and create your dreamy child care business and life will be nearly impossible.

You can use this one thing to go from feeling like you have to "control" staff to inspiring and motivating them.

This one thing is simple, yet often overlooked!

Here's what Dot would like you to know about her:

I am the owner ad Director of Little House Learning Center.  I started with a home-based facility and graduated to the center.  My mother and I were partners until 8 years ago, when she retired and purchased the facility. This will be my 18th year in the Early Childhood Field.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. My philosophy of teaching is based on self-sufficiency and discovery.  I love to see independence and individuality.  I want the children to imagine, explore and expand their knowledge by doing activities.  Gardening and messy activities are my favorite learning experiences. I live in O’Fallon, Missouri with my husband of 27 years and our two children.  I am a huge supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and am proud of my two Eagle Scouts.

Tune into this episode of Child Care Business Success Radio and find out the one thing that will help you build a strong foundation for your child care business success.
