Our Guest:  Colleen Tracy Haddad began her career in early childhood working in Florida State University’s Lab School during which time she received her B.A. in Child Development. While working with the Florida State Center for Prevention and Early Intervention Policy, she completed her Master’s in ECE with a Pre-K Handicap endorsement. She has been both a teacher and director and has extensive grant writing, program development, and training experience. Before becoming Executive Director of the Association for Early Learning Leaders, Colleen was Director of the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs.
