Child Safety: The Missing children will never be forgotten

Our Missing children must never, every be forgotten.  Right now today, we have a missing 5 year old boy who father is not revealing the whereabouts of his son.  He was passed out  a few days ago and stated he did not know what happen to his son.  Now, he is coming out and saying he is desperate to find his son.  I have some questions, why was he passed out when he was suppose to be taking care of his son?  Why did it take him a week or so to come out and plead for the whereabouts of his son?  Why is he desperate now?   Could this be questionable parenting, the bad and ugly side of it?
