Say what you want to say about Bullying~!

Hello and happy Saturday to all Last week I was out with my friend and we had a blast,, so anyways what I am going to talk about is something that is very sad but at the same time we had to fight this.. and we are going to talk about bullying! 

Why bullying! well I had a good friend this week feeling a little down and depress because she was bullying at her job. People been talking trash about her calling her names etc. So My question is what can we as a humans can do about this situation?
