Kitchen Equipment Hour: Gas and Electric Stoves !

Chef Alex will be doing his 2nd Kitchen Equipment Hour here on the CCCS, Last time we talked about the Kitchen Aid Standmixer which is instrumental in making cookies, breads, cakes, and more. This time we are going to be talking about one of the greatest inventions in the kitchen STOVES!  Stoves are used to cook food and transfer heat from below.  Alex will compare gas stoves to electric stoves, Chef Alex will tell you why you need a stove, he will describe the different parts of a stove, how to be safe when working with a stove, and more!!!!!
