Chef Alex Presents: Black Friday 2013 special

Happy Black Friday everyone!!! Hopefully you all had an excellent Thanksgiving!!!! Chef Alex has put together an awesome show just for you! On this show, Chef Alex is going to be talking Black Friday. In the first hour of the show at 8 PM EST, Chef Alex will explain what Black Friday is, the history and origin of it, then Chef Alex will talk about Black Friday in restaurants and the food service operations, then Chef Alex will touch base on how to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers. In the 2nd hour of the show at 9 PM EST, Chef Alex is going to be doing a live caller interaction.
