This week the Southern Passion Lounge we will be broadcasting live from All Spiced Up. We will be having conversations with Chefs that will be presenters at The Minority Chef Summit that is taking place January 16-20 in the Bahamas. Stopping by this week will be Chef Anthony Lamas who also won Extreme Chef in 2011 & is the chef at Seviche. Chef Jerome Brown who will also be a guest chef at the summit all with many other minority chefs from across the country.
