"Euro-colonial education was designed to produce people who would participate in the process of colonial rule; people who would participate in the process of their own oppression and in the oppression of their fellow colonialized people(neocolonialism); moreover "colonialized schooling was education for subordination, exploitation, the creation of mental confusion and the development of underdevelopment," powerlessness and dependency.
