Each Sunday, Sananda invites us to join with him for one of his "talks." Facilited by Dr Kathryn May, Sananda shares just the right thoughts to encourage and empower our preparation for Ascension.
In this Sunday's visit, Sananda commented on our upcoming fourteen days of Harmonic Ascension meditation, in preparation for the April 15th Full Moon of New Beginnings. Sananda recommended that we use just one meditation, over and again, as repetition will increase the intensity and our frequency. And with that, he gave us his nine minute Harmonic Ascension Meditation.
We then traveled to the etheric retreat of St Germain, deep in the forests of Transylvania, in Romania. This etheric retreat is created in the form of a Maltese Cross, and is the home of the original Violet Flame, burning for centuries. What a beautiful experience!
