Astonishing disclosures and your frame of reference...

What if you woke up this morning and what you thought was "reality" was just an illusion a nightmare in many ways-

With all the shifts and changes going on every day in every way in every part of the world it is important for us to tune in and get in touch with what is our core essence.

Let that be what we use to guide us and comfort us and balance us especcially when we hear or see or learn or discover some astonishing disclosures.

Just because we learn that what we thought was "real" or the "truth" behind an event or the ways things worked... does not mean we have to feel fear or freak out or feel angry towards someone or something who we label as responsible...

When you tune into your core essence you will See you will Know that letting go of all of that and instead flowing with Love and Light will help you to integrate and adjust and rejoice in the Truth you are Awakening to.
