Empathy

Empathy is one of the greatest parts of our heritage.  Empathy is frequently the first psychic sense many of us experience.  When we first realize we are empathizing we realize great power is flowing through us.  It's hard not to be scared by that first sensation.  But that power has always been there.  It always will be there.  The only thing that's changed is that you've awakened enough to sense it, and of course with knowledge comes responsibility.  
We are taught to protect ourselves from negative energies, and from unwelcome vibes.  I could not possibly disagree with that philosophy more.

All is one.

Every energy you draw is a mirror shining for you to know even more of yourself.  If you don't like the energy, that is a part of you that you are not liking.  If you fear that energy, that is you resisting your natural self-love.

You can protect yourself.  You can banish those things that hurt too badly to deal with.  Eventually, as you grow into the remembrance of who you truly are, they will return.  When they return it is because you are ready to embrace that part of yourself now.  You may find you need support.  You may find you need people who see you truly and who believe in you.  This is the calling of a healer.

So, when you know it is time to step into your empathy to any degree.  I am here.
