Fully Persuaded with Reverend Marcus Holley

 Reverend Marcus D Holley was born in Brooklyn, NY on Aug. 17th to Deacon John T. and Reverend Barbara A. Holley. As he was raised in church, Reverend Holley served his Pastor on the local church as well as several opportunities to serve on the district and national church level.
 
Reverend Holley moved to Greensboro, NC in 1992 and married Carla A. Burnett whom he met while visiting Atlanta, Ga. To this union was born one child, a daughter Cai’la M Holley. In 1993 he founded Praise Ministries and traveled abroad singing, teaching, and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Reverend Holley served as the acting Pastor of St Matthew’s Holiness Church in High Point, NC from Dec.2002 - Oct.2003. He was later selected as the Sr Pastor in October of 2003. The church has since transitioned and also stands as a covering for additional ministries as well, thus Greater Saint Matthew’s Fellowship Ministries was born. Reverend Holley serves as a personal adjutant to his Pastor and Bishop, His Grace Marvin D Williams. Reverend Holley also serves as one of the leaders in St. Paul’s Kingdom Connection, under the anointed leadership of Bishop Howard and Apostle Anita L Kennedy. By God’s grace and favor he will be consecrated as an Overseer in the Lord’s Church in May of 2012, in Ocean City, MD.

Reverend Holley’s motto is,” If you step out in Anticipation, God will always be there to catch you.” He believes that the only true way to minister to the Church is to REACH, TEACH and EMPOWER the individual.
