CareGiverStory.com, have the great pleasure of interviewing Bob Elliott of San Joaquin County.  The following is a very powerful quote from Bob.

"These are challenging times. I am proud to have spent 30 years of my life serving my country, protecting America’s values, and preserving our way of life. I ask for your vote to continue to promote those same values in San Joaquin County as your County Supervisor."

Background:

He served his country for 30 years in the United States Army, and retired as a Colonel of the US Army Special Forces (the Green Berets.) While in the Army, he served as Deputy Commander of the 1st Special Warfare Training Group, as Commander of the 4th Special Operations Support Command (Theater Army) (Airborne), and served on diplomatic assignments at the U.S. Embassies in Tokyo, Japan, and Seoul, Korea.

After retiring from the Army, Bob joined General Electric Company and served in a variety of positions with various GE affiliates. He is currently employed by Westinghouse Electric Company, where he serves as a program manager in the company’s nuclear energy business.

Bob is a resident of Tracy and is active in the community. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Tracy Hospital Foundation and is a past president of the Tracy Sister City Association. He is also a member of American Legion Post 172, the Tracy Breakfast Lions Club, the West Side Pioneer Association, and the Chambers of Commerce in Tracy and Manteca.
