According to the text Introduction To Conflict Management, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) Profile and Interpretive Report is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure your tendencies in dealing with interpersonal conflict (Thomas, K. 2002).
