Candace Salima talks Literacy on Turning the Tide

Looking around us today, we see an unacceptable 40% of Americans at a functionally illiterate level. More and more, people come to America, legally or illegally, and refuse to learn the language. They demand their language be accomodated here and it has caused a huge expense for the taxpaying American citizen.
