Earlier this year Amanda Marie released an EP titled Amancipation. The EP features the singer turning four of her favorite songs into soothing ballads. Leaning on her vocal strengths, Amanda Marie hand-picked four classic records and transformed them into her own, earning comparisons to a young Susan Boyle. The four-song EP runs the gamut from a little known version of “Time After Time” from the late Eva Cassidy to classic rock staple “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)” by Journey.
