CSM Russell Retired 1990 from the 7th Infantry Division (Bayonet Division)

CSM Russell Joined the Women's Army Corps which was later absorbed into the Regular Army.

 CSM Russell Was the 1st Sergeant of the 560th Ground Ambulance Corps for all of South Korea

14 years at Letterman Hospital (4 different assignments) which followed the TET Offensive in Vietnam, where thousands of soldiers were treated.

 CSM Russell received the HUMANITARIAN ACTS AWARD for her distinguished service during Operation Baby Lift, following the withdraw of troops from Vietnam.  A great Honor. Although she has received other awards, this is her most revered. 

 CSM Russell has been instrumental in helping Sgt. Brandi during his national speaking campaign, and has purchased over 900 books to give to troops. This continues to this day...Six years later!!  

She supports our Animal Sanctuary and Sgt. Brandi.  She also now mentors a multiple tour Iraq, Combat Medic living on her ranch in New Mexico.

 All this is done without any expectation of anything in return.  She is yet another Angel for our Veterans!!
