We love our high heels.  But did we ever stop to think about how our heels feel about our high heels?  Whether you are fashion conscious, a slave to the latest trends, or just like a little added height, we have all had a pair or two of those amazing high heels that despite our better judgement and screaming pain...we wear them.  But at what cost?  Joining Bridgette today is Podiatrist Dr. Lester Dennis, a Board Certified foot and ankle surgeon who works at New York Hospital and Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens and New York United Hospital in Westchester, NY, where he is also on-site residency director.  Dr. Dennis will share some insight about some issues that our fashion footwear might cause us as well as how we can take better care of our feet.  Then just when you think it's safe to settle into your sensible shoes, internationally recognized footwear authority Meghan Cleary will join Bridgette to share her insight on everything from the latest shoe trends to the hottest footwear designs.  This will "shoe-rly" be one of our best shows yet!
