Happy Monday, and welcome to the #1 show on blogtalk radio, Brian Hammer Jackson & Ellen J in the Morning; #1 with women---ages 18-49m baby!!! Today, Hammer & Ellen J welcome horror/fantasy writer, Matthew David Evans into the studio; he will be here, promoting his horror western, "Massacre At Sundown" and his Christmas horror novel, "Grim Tidings" (Release date: Halloween 2019). If you would like to join us in the studio, the number is 319-527-6099.

Matthew David Evans is an independent novelist from Sturgis, Michigan. "I'm thirty years old, and I write dark fantasy and horror. My current novel, Massacre at Sundown, is available on Amazon. It is a horror western and the first of a trilogy. He grew up with a love of fantasy and science fiction, and later I developed a taste for horror. I knew from an early age I wanted to create, whether it be books, movies or comic books. I didn't know. All I know is, the neighbor kids hated playing make-believe with me because I would always come up with a story and make them act it out. There was no fun to be had. There was a story to tell. I was obsessed with stories since my earliest memories." For the next six years, Matthew wrote constantly, but he wasn't finishing things. he had gotten lucky in finishing his first book, and was taking time to learn his craft. He refused to let anything be sent out unless he felt it was the best that it could be.

And stick around for the second half of the show; Brian and Ellen J will have headline news, entertainment, box office, politics and more. And if yu would like to be a guest on the show, you can fill out the form here.
