Welcome to Thursday with Hammer & Ellen. Today, we welcome into the studio writer, director and stuntman, Scott Rhodes. 25 years of doing stunts. Becoming disabled 10 years ago. Deciding to produce, write, direct, edit and stunt coordinate 2 award winning web series.

"The Sandra West Diaries"

Meet Sandra West...Sexy, seductive, cunning, lethal AND the world's hottest super spy!

Sandra West is a sultry and lethal freelance spy and ex agent of T.H.E.M., who plays by her own rules in a world of danger and intrigue. Taking on the sinister organization, T.H.E.Y. and the world wide forces of evil in her own inimitable style...And for a profit! She is the great-great grand daughter of secret service agent, "James West" and the grand daughter of super sleuth, ""Honey West". Sandra is the black sheep of the family and her retired spy parents don't always approve of her methods. This comedy-action series is a spin off of the award winning, "Adventures Of Superseven", featuring Sandra West in her own unique set of adventures. A dark humored homage to the swinging spy genre of the 1960's! Production began on Season Two in March, 2017.

"The Sandra West Diaries" was created by Scott Rhodes (a veteran stuntman, actor, filmmaker and lifelong "Spy genre" fan), who suffered an injury related stroke in 2007. As part of his personal ongoing rehab, Scott wrote, produced, directed, edited, and stunt coordinated "The Adventures Of Superseven" and "The Sanra West Diaries", from his wheelchair, scooter and walker.

And stick around for the second half of the show. Brian and I will have headline news, what's trending, politics and a lot more. If you would like to call in and talk to Scott, the number is 319-527-6099.
