Poet and children's writer Susan Taylor Brown will tell the amazing story about how she discovered that the father who had abandoned her as a child left her with family members she never knew she had - siblings. It was through the April Poetry month challenge she took on, writing a daily father/daughter poem on her blog that led her to meet a teacher who was interested in genealogical research. Teacher and blogger. In our second half we visit with Lee Wind, author of the blog "I’m Here, I’m Queer, What the Hell Do I Read?" to discuss books for kids who have gay fathers. We'll finish up with Betsy Bird's regular review, this week on Knightley Academy, by Violet Haberdasher.
