He will also discuss the three missions under Operation New Dawn, to advise, train, assist and equip the Iraqi Security Forces; to support U.S. Embassy, UN, and other Non Governmental Organization civilians; and to conduct partnered, counter-terrorism operations with Iraqi Security Forces.
