Black Teen Empowerment Radio is an collaboration between the Black Talk Media Project, National Black Teen Empowerment Expo and Better Baltimore Youth. The aim of the program is to foster dialogue about how African-American communities can better support youth and to discuss issues impacting Black teens and their families. Program airs live broadcasts on Sunday's at 3:00PM EST.
