Lani Ka’ahumanu, Lifelong Bisexual Activist in the San Francisco’s Bay Area Bisexual Network [BABN] and BiPOL, along with bisexual author, activist, and cultural worker will join Bi Social Network on Bi Talk radio to talk about the history of the bisexual movement, bi actisim and what it was like to be invited to the White House to meet President Barack Obama.

 
Best known for co-editing the groundbreaking anthology Bi Any Other Name: Bisexual People Speak Out which is often credited with putting the “B” in LGBT.  Ka’ahumanu spoke at the 1993 March on Washington and served on the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force board of directors. She also was instrumental in organizing BiNET USA, the first bisexual rights organization.
