Jimmy Chilcutt

Mr. Chilcutt worked as a latent fingerprint examiner and crime scene investigator for the Conroe, Texas Police Dept and holds a Texas issued Master Police Officer Certification. In December 1998, after seeing Dr. Jeff Meldrum on a TV show, he contacted Dr. Meldrum and arranged to look at his collection of tracks in April 2000.
