Broken Promises To African-American Males: Trick or Treat?

This powerful episode will bring to light the many government and social programs that have for years promised to address the needs and social plight of Black families and the children born in them in America. The host and guests will examine the programmatic structure and expected outcomes of various nationally based programs. Callers will have an opportunity to weigh in on the dialogue in the interest of identifying adequate paradigms that have the best chances of improving the quality of life for struggling African-American familes.
