Paula Westbrook , Born and raised Shreveport Louisiana. Oldest daughter of Joseph Gardner ( retired NASA Engineer) and Peggy Arnold Gomez. Paula was raised in a Catholic/ Protestant family. And would later be a teacher of Catechism for several years. Paula was also brought up in some of the local practices in which her Grandmother was a practitioner. Paula's father was a believer of the metaphysical . As far back as she could remember she remembered seeing spirits. As a child she was encouraged to embrace her gifts, and by the time she was 8 she was auto writing along with other gifts. Paula started to explore the paranormal at a early age. Her father being a engineer also raised Paula to look for a scientific explanation for everything. And it was at a early age that Paula new that all the answers that we are looking for in the Paranormal lay in our better understanding of Physics.
In 1985 Paula and her husband at the time and a group of friends started a group Arkla Tex Paranormal based out of Shreveport, La. Paula and her group traveled all over the south in search of the unknown. Paula herself has been all over the country investigating some well known and some unknown locations. Example, Fort Morgan Alabama, The Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport recently featured on “Ghost Hunters' Paula has lived and worked on the Sioux reservation and Navajo reservation for the United States Government as a Respiratory Therapist there she learned more about the culture and spiritualism of these tribes.
