Carla and I will be Celebrating Domestic Violence Awareness Month with Makia Baker. Makia is a co-author in the upcoming best selling book "Empowered Women of Social Media". She is also an independent consultant for Jamberry Nail. People skills are easy for her because she was able to develop them after years of being in abusive relationships. Her friends say she is dependable and kind. Empowered Women of Social Media is her first writing experience. Her personal mission statement is that all women are worthy of love and support no matter what they have been told as children.
