The truth sets us free.  Gaining awareness of human rights and laws regarding those rights can alter the course of people’s lives.  Formal schooling can bring great freedom and increase one’s choices in life.   Entrepreneurship training opens doors wide for creating thriving lives.  Arts education is an amazing tool to help aid healing from trauma.  All these forms of education empower people by giving them knowledge and options that they would not have otherwise had.  Made by Survivors Director, Sarah Symons has seen the incredible impact that a little enlightenment can have for people who have been used and abused and robbed of personal power.  She shares stories from her front row seat as she witnesses the transformed lives brought about through educational empowerment around the world.
