At the end of each school year children become restless for the last few week to pass. Those final days before summer arrives, seem eternal. Then comes the dog days of summer which also seem to drag on as they wait for a new school year. But just because the child finished dosen't mean they are ready for the next grade. Each new year or season of transition carries with it a new time of adjustment. There are 5 distinct areas that we must recognize, take note of and prepare for or our promotion might just pass us by or even worst, we might fail in the new grade and get dropped back.
