God is always There

David expresses is awe that God knew him, even to the minutes details. God looks at the heart. 
David understands that nothing inside of him can be hidden from God. 
God uses circumstance to limit David’s action.

Service to other people is another miracle drug of the soul. 
A friend told me of a woman who complained about everything and everybody. She possessed an ugly spirit. Her husband developed a crippling disease. In addition to the work of her home, she had to take over his business and do his work. Her hours of work were long every day. Some thought she might break under the strain. Instead, her own strength developed and her spirit was cleansed. 
We recall that Christ said, He that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. As long as one is wrapped up in himself, his soul gets sicker and sicker. 
The presence of God is another miracle drug of the soul. 
The Psalmist said, Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who health all thy diseases . We can go on leaving God out of our lives, but a sick, dying soul is the price we pay.
