Many of us are stuck in a less than satisfying existence just marking time. We yearn for a life with more passion, meaning, purpose and/or authenticity. However, trapped deep down are old grievance stories and forgotten agreements with ourselves that lead us to believe we don’t deserve better. We’re seriously challenged to continue living the current version of life we can hardly wait to replace. Yet, at the same time, we feel we need to be “fixed” somehow before we deserve better. So, we’re caught in a nearly impossible catch-22 of wanting to be/have more or better, but not feeling deserving until we are more or better. What a dilemma!

This dilemma is ultimately created by how we judge ourselves and our lives, including chastising ourselves for having taken detours in our lives and/or having fallen off our path. What if you knew that there ultimately are no detours, and that you cannot miss the life you were born to lead? What if it’s just a matter of shifting your perspective to be able to see how everything you’ve done ultimately prepares you for the life of your dreams? What if you knew you’re absolutely fine just as you are and just where you are right now to deserve the life you want?

In this interview, Dr. Alice Chan will share practical insights on how we can reframe how we look at ourselves and our lives to embrace our power to create the life we want--NOW!
