Please welcome Matt Hoidal to Best Ever You!  Matt is the Founder and Chief Change Maker at World of Change.

Change is everywhere. It's all around us, literally within everyone's reach. Yet for many, philanthropy seems as though it's reserved for a select few. World of Change™ will harness the collective compassion and goodwill within everyone's hearts, empowering people of all ages and all walks of life to perceive and believe in themselves as change makers, and inspiring action through a range of accessible opportunities.

World of Change raises funds and makes change in two ways:

1. Helps collect loose change and put that change to good use.

2. Secure matching challenges from individuals and foundations to double the impact of the change we’ve collected.

100% of the funds collected go directly to programs with partners who are doing life-changing work in the areas of housing, food security, education, financial literacy, health and wellness, and children’s play. Private donors and sponsors cover our operating costs so 100% of your money can make change.

Because we believe that making a World of Change™ requires creativity and discovery, each opportunity includes an element of wonderment, to help elevate the positive vibrations of the universe. A child's journey should be an adventure filled with learning, growth, and empowerment.

Matt is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A., 1994); Vermont Law School (JD, 2000). Former SVP Resource Development & Marketing, United Way of Greater Portland (2014-2017). Executive Director of Camp Sunshine in Casco, Maine, a national nonprofit retreat for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families (2001-2014). Matt resides in Falmouth, ME.
