Mark is the managing Member of David Pomerantz & Associates, LLC. He is a second generation Accountant /Tax Preparer. He’s prepared taxes for over 30 years; and a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelors of Science in General Business Administration.

He has provided high quality and personalized services to a wide range of Individuals and Companies. He was awarded "Fellow of Accounting for 15 years of continued Education from the Maryland Society of Accountants. He has lectured at Ryan Homes, Fox 5 TV, K Bank & Trust, Georgetown University and Calvary Church of God in Christ on various Tax topics.
