Cheri & Vicki have spent years developing their skills and techniques to support women over 45 to get through their Second Chapter with as much ease and joy as possible. September is Bzzy Bee Breaktime - 4 Tips on how to say No so you can say Yes to YOU.  We'll be having guests discussing different avenues to support you in what they have done to take time for themselves and how you can support yourself in your total emotional wellness. As Reconnective Healing® Foundational Practitioners, we are here to help you with tips on what you can do to take time for yourself, so you can live your life with ease, more joy, and better health.

Our guest this week is Nancy Eaton, CFO for Par 3 Landscaping company, for the last few decades. They call her "the voice of reason". However, she always put her job first, taking very little time for herself.

Nancy will share with you the process she had to go through to realize it was ok to delegate jobs to other employees. She had to go through a process to get to a place where she only works one week a month now and be ok with it. She's still a very busy person, however, she's now living what she feels is her purpose.  Nancy will be sharing what has turned into her WHY to take time for herself. Volunteering with an Equine Specialist using the Eagala Method with at risk teens. Check out Eagala.com for more information on the method.

To receive your first tip of the month, be sure to tune into our September shows. Also check out Cheri and Vicki's Reconnective Healing® page on their website at www.queenbeebiz.com.  Cheri and Vicki are facilitating their processes with women before, during and after their Second Chapter.
