Staci Maione - Kundalini for Your Spiritual Health

Cheri & Vicki have spent years developing their skills and techniques to support women over 45 to get through their Second Chapter with as much ease and joy as possible. Our guest this week is Staci Maione, a certified teacher in Kundalini. She is an inspiring, determined young lady who will share Kundalini benefits and usage. She was a yoga instructor and then found this amazing type of yoga for the soul.

 As she has strengthened her core with Kundalini, she has attracted wonderful happenings in her life. One of them includes partnering with a friend in his venture to provide fresh, underground spring water.
