Institutional Racism Can't Be Cured by the Bible, Politicians

If the bible is responsible for institutional racism, then due tell me politicians what you get paid $174 plus for yearly. Every citizen does not believe in the teachings of the bible. For those citizens is institutional racism to be accepted by them. Every CEO does not indulge in the bible in any fashion. For those CEOs is application of institutional racism acceptable. So are you politicians saying yes institutional racism exist but those experiencing it are not in God's will in their lives and until they accept the bible as their way of life expect institutional racism to continue?
