The 2014 midterm election was fought tooth and nail by Republicans. The group fighting tooth and nail are referred to as the GOP. The GOP is a collective body of politicians. GOP are mostly republicans but includes lots of  democrats, independents & libertarians. They all support the wealthiest of citizens. And all these citizens they support are not politicians. These citizens are not your neighbors. These 1% citizens are CEOs, entertainers, athletes & merchants. What happened prior to midterm election was politicians, who we refer to as the GOP worked tooth and nail to deceive the workingclass. GOP know the workingclass is busy trying to stay above water in their daily lives. Therefore the GOP goal was to wait until the workingclass tune in after labor day, and then pretend the economy to be worse that it is to lie and say they have tried and fail to be able to engage PBO in creating jobs. Yes we do have clueless workingclass. This is nothing new. What's new is having politicians work against workingclass citizens to favor the wealthies people in America.

The GOP was able to put their fingers in the eyes of workingclass with the help of the media from September through election day with lies. Lack of jobs, healthcare, ebola, isis, irs, bengazi was part of Boehner's tooth and nail process. From September through Nov 4th election day, the problems in the lives of ordinary Americans was passed off as PBO did it. The truth is it was the republicans who brought the country almost to depression, and it was PBO and some of the Democrats who prevented a depression. We have to blame the clueless workingclass voters and workingclass non-voters. The workingclass did not fight tooth and nail to bring back jobs, keep ACA, and gain increase in minimum wages, and to keep corporations out of our lives.
