Eugene Jabbar Smith (born July 7th 1985 in Jacksonville FL), renownedly known by his stage name MeanGene, is a magnificent artist, songwriter, producer and entrepreneur signed to indie label Boss Billionaire Mentality Group LLC. Mean Gene began writing poetry at age 9 and rapping at the age of 15. In the course of doing so he acquired an extraordinary lyrical style with the ability to arrange metaphors blending with daily life circumstances through his superiorly structured songs. He is a former member of the Florida A&M of the marching 100 band were he played percussion instruments. After leaving college he began his career as an entrepreneur becoming the founding owner of five successful organizations including Indie label Boss Billionaire Mentality Group LLC. Since distributing several projects from August 2005 to currently. Gene abruptly began building a Reputation for himself through you tube videos, artist features, mix tapes, Social websites, and club Venues, as an ambitious emerging artist and businessman. Showcasing his talent to sing, rap and execute performances has prepared him to be an exceptional entertainer. On July 7 TH 2018 Gene debuted his first single, “AHNP-All Hustle No Play” and is rising above the masses. With the public now vastly anticipating his Album entitled “Conflict Of Interest” featuring hit singles such as “90’s rock”, “Movie”, and “Baecation” he has already graced fans by means of an earful.
