Hip-hop culture is in Brooklyn native Milly Warbucks’ blood. The 29-year-old
emcee began his career at the age of nine when he was featured on a mixtape
created by his older family members. Over the years Milly sharpened his skills by
engaging in local cyphers and freestyle competitions throughout the East New
York—introducing his skills and unique name to the borough The moniker, Milly
Warbucks is actually a derivative of a nickname given to him by his grandparents.
“When I was younger I always talked about millions, so that name stuck.” He later
added Warbucks (not to be confused with “Daddy Warbucks”) to his stage name
to symbolize what he stands for
