My personal definition of stress is- “Your perceived inability to control something you want to control.”

Episode 1 explored Perceptual Control Theory the most accurate theory of human behavior to date.  I gave you three questions to help increase your sense of Well-BEing.

Episode 2 focused on creating a physical environment that feeds your five senses and savoring your rich sensory experiences by being mindful.

Episode 3 asked you to reflect on your thinking and thought patterns.  How are you doing on your awareness of the red flag phrases?  How good are you getting at metacognition? 

Episode 4 was a surfing lesson.  You learned to better manage and control your waves of emotion.

This week we will explore time management.  To get ready to listen think about your typical week and how you spend your time?  On the weekend or your days off what is different.
