We keep on hearing that it is the Media and skinny models that make us feel that way, that we are conditoned by the environment, and that may be so, but even though the media may be starting the hype, but if we don’t follow through, there is nothing they can do. Take charge of your life, be yourself, be unique. Stay healthy and bring your inner beauty out. We are all unique, beautiful in our own ways, perfect as nature intended us to be, celebrate being you.
