Terra Ziporyn Snider will be our guest on March 18th at 7PM EST. Her award-winning works include THE NEW HARVARD GUIDE TO WOMEN’S HEALTH, ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE FOR DUMMIES, and others. After graduating from Yale, she she earned a doctorate in the history of science and medicine. 

A former associate editor at The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), Terra's written in numerous publications on health and medical issues to include The Harvard Health Letter, JAMA, Consumer Reports, Weight Watchers Magazine, Business Week, and Longevity. She's also an active musician, playwright and novelist.

As an Executive Board Member for Start School Later, Terra's medical expertise and passion for well-being led her to co-found a National Coalition of concerned parents, students, healthcare professionals, sleep scientists, educators, and citizens. We'll talk about the research and statistics behind the grassroots movement for later school start times.
