This week's G3 Podcast finds Matt, Randal and Adam talking about inadvertent collectors editions, and game collections. Skylanders, for example, is something that has taken off past the expectations of many, and has turned into a half billion dollar collector's franchise. Not bad for what was originally thought to be little more than a Sypro the Dragon game with a neat twist. We'll talk about this and other inadvertant gaming collectables in our eyes.

We then go into gaming charities. Child's Play is making a big difference in the gaming lives of sick children, but why is such a low cost, low risk alternative like a gaming marathon not something that gets a lot of love, or mainstream attention? The guys discuss local events, and even Randal's activities with Extra Life.

We'll then talk about some of our can't miss games of the holiday season, from the $20 stocking stuffers, to this year's titles. Stuck on a cheap topper, or new title to grab your loved one? Adam's got the goods.
