We specialize in life-changing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs individualized to our clients' needs and goals.

Owners/Visionaries Tamika Taylor and Regina Rossi-Lamothe have a combined 9 years experience in fitness.

Tamika is a certified Fitness Consultant and a mother of 4 boys with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her passion and professionalism for fitness had earned her the respect to move from a trainer to Director and business owner within 1 year. Tamika has experience in senior finess, rehabilitation, sports conditioning, functional movement with a concentration of flexibility and strength, nutrition, weigh loss and muscle gain, she takes pride in helping clients reach their fitness goals.

Regina is a Certified Zumba and Silver Sneakers Instructor since 2013. She currently has certifications in Zumba Basic 1, Zumba Gold & Aqua Zumba, Classic Silver Sneakers, Silver Sneakers Cardio, Silver Sneakers Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers Aqua & has current CPR, First Aid and Liability Group Fitness Insurance. She also is a wellness consultant and distributor of Juice Plus, a product which she feels is essential for everyone of all ages from 5-105+ supporting our daily health.
