Patricia Harris: Purpose and Destiny

Regardless of the challenges that life presents, keep your eyes on God and move forward in your purpose. Our special guest is Ms. Patricia Cunningham Harris, Author and Motivational Speaker. Patricia is an author of "Imprisoned by Secrets of the Heart. This book details her story from the Pit to Purpose. Having been entrapped by guilt, shame and condemnation, she fell in love with God because He loved her so, in spite of her shameful past. God removed the shame and gave her double honor and a testimony that still brings healing to others since being set free in 1999. Patricia has three adult children, Denyel, Earl and Amira and one son-in-law, Donivan. She also has four wonderful grandchildren. She is the fiance of Melvin Arps Jr with a wedding set for January 2015.

She is a 1992 undergraduate of UT Southwest Medical Center and works for the State of Texas in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation. In 2013, she moved to Odessa, Texas by faith because God called her to this "dry desert land."  In July 2013, Patricia moved onto the campus of Mission Messiah where she now lives and serves as a Spiritual Mentor for young to middle-aged women fromall walks of life. Patricia's heart is to see the broken woman being restored and positioned for destiny and purpose in God. Her favorite Scriptures come from Isaiah 61 v. 4 and 7. he gives double honor for former shame...and beauty for ashes.
