Robert Marcoccio is former owner of a Demolition Company. He is semi-retired and a published author of 6 books. Three of those books are on the breaches of constitution caused by the Fourteenth Amendment. He is an administrative member of the Hanover Tea Party Patriots and Robert is currently running for the 4th Congressional District House of Representative. He has helped and provided research for State Representative Will Tallman, 193rd District in regards to constructing a constitutional amendment for a referendum process for the state of Pennsylvania.

Robert is also the current President of the No-Affiliation, Democrat-Republican Association and has his focus on establishing this third wing of the two party systems as the “Domestic Voice” in Washington D.C., His campaign platform is to re-affirm state rights by closing the open-ended structure of the Fourteenth.
